Flowering of the heart

Workshop Facilitated by Soraya Saraswati & Terry Oldfield

 

This workshop focuses on how to live as the spiritual warrior with an open heart expressing oneself authentically with confidence and clarity. It explores "relationship" as the fundamental of all our interactions in life.  The heart or "anahata chakra" not only governs creative expression, true intelligence, feeling & emotion and it is associated with sound & music.

In this workshop Terry Oldfield and Soraya use the vehicle of sound and music  as the language of the heart. Together with grounded wisdom and processes we will release the past & discover the strength to live in presence from the heart in a balanced way. Forgiveness is a powerful act, allowing us to move forward as we actively move into releasing the past and becoming seated in the highest qualities of the heart. Essential Oils the life force of nature are also incorporated into beautiful workshop as vibrational tools for attaining balance. There will be a beautiful anointing of specific oils to the chakra points empower our processes. During the processes  you will experience a deep meditative channeled music with Terry's magical flutes , so bring a mat and cushions to to lie comfortably. There will also be some free movement to music so dress comfortably. Please bring your own lunch or if you want lunch provided let us know.

Raindrop Technique combines vita-flex a form of foot reflexology with a feathering movement inspired by the Lokota Indian tribes. REIKI & HEALING SOUND DAY AT MANDALA

July 4th 9.30AM - 5.00PM

I am so excited to announce this special day. All Reiki Practitioners are welcome, whether or not you have been initiated by myself or Terry. We will share a meditation, practice self healing, give and receive Reiki  on massage tables and also do distant global healing. Terry and myself will play live music dedicating this day to planetary peace and healing. We will share lunch and teas so please bring one plate of vegetarian food to share. My vision of this day is one of unconditional love. If you have not been attuned to Reiki feel free to call me and organise an initiation and attunement with myself in preparation for this beautiful sharing of love. Group healing can prompt powerful vibrational shifts to new states of love, Please join us and invite Reiki friends to come. Come and share with others the gift of love.

Reiki is the channeling of universal life force or energy or Chi for hands on healing. Soraya and Terry are Reiki teachers (Masters) who have been teaching Reiki Healing to assist people on their journey for many years. Reiki is gentle and can be practiced by everyone once learned. It can assist the whole family with gentle nurturing and healing or used as the unique healing modality that it is. It can be used for self healing, on animals, children and plants. Reiki awakens one's sensitivity to energy and consciousness

Becoming attuned to Reiki can be a powerful step in healing and aligning your life with your souls purpose.Reiki 1 is primarily about self healing. It allows us to commune with our own spiritual nature, and heal gently on a deep level. It prepares us for Reiki 2 where the emphasis is on channeling healing for others, including distant healing. Reiki is a gentle loving energy and any one can be attuned to reiki. If you have a desire to heal your own life then Reiki will assist you greatly with this. Reiki is a journey of the self toward peace and wholeness.
